What is the currency for the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-7 days production time for your order to ship. 
Tracking numbers will be provided when your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at edenham@stepinpurpose.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All sales are final. We will, however, exchange sizes (within 30 days of purchase), if items do not fit properly, are defective in any way or if you did not receive the correct item. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Exchanges
To exchange your product(s), send an email to edenham@stepinpurpose.com notifying us that you would like an exchange. Next ship your item(s) via USPS to:

Please include a name and phone number on your shipment. Also, consider using a trackable shipping service so that your exchange can be tracked. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to us. However, we will cover shipping to send your replacement item(s). 


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it is fulfilled.  

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at edenham@stepinpurpose.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please make sure that the correct information (full address) is provided in your email. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 4 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
